Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse associates, assigning tasks and ensuring productivity standards
- Oversee receiving, storage, and shipping operations with 99% accuracy
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and conduct regular safety audits
- Optimize inventory control using WMS systems and cycle counting
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation and purchasing teams
- Train staff on equipment operation and warehouse procedures
- Generate daily/weekly reports on productivity and inventory metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience
