Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and shipping
- Train and supervise 10+ team members while maintaining OSHA compliance
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS software and provided equipment
- Conduct regular safety audits and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Coordinate with transportation teams for timely deliveries
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA certification and forklift operation proficiency
- Proficient in WMS software and inventory control systems
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred
