Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff including hiring, training, and performance management
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems with 99.5% accuracy
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows for maximum efficiency
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless inbound/outbound operations
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage warehouse budget and expense tracking
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervision experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA certification and strong knowledge of safety regulations
- Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and inventory software
- Excellent leadership skills with proven team development success
- Forklift certification and equipment operation experience
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Experience with remote team management tools and processes
