Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping processes
- Manage and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse associates, ensuring performance targets
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols and inventory control systems
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows for maximum efficiency and cost reduction
- Coordinate with transportation and purchasing departments to ensure seamless supply chain operations
- Conduct regular audits and generate performance reports for continuous improvement
- Train staff on new equipment, procedures, and technology adoption
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience with team leadership
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10/30 training preferred
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory management software
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
