Responsibilities
- Supervise 15-20 warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Optimize inventory control processes to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Enforce OSHA and company safety protocols with zero-accident focus
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, including receiving, picking, and shipping
- Implement lean methodologies to reduce waste and improve throughput
- Manage equipment operations (forklifts, pallet jacks) and maintenance schedules
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervisory experience in temperature-controlled environment
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI tracking
- Valid forklift certification and clean driving record
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience with cross-functional teams and continuous improvement projects
