Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts using warehouse management systems.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates to maximize productivity and safety.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies.
- Coordinate with other departments to streamline logistics and resolve operational issues.
- Conduct regular safety audits and equipment maintenance checks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles.
- Valid Forklift Operator certification.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
