Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping processes
- Lead and mentor 15-40 team members through performance management, training, and conflict resolution
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain compliance with company/industry standards
- Optimize inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and WMS system management
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (transportation, purchasing, quality control) to meet SLAs
- Analyze KPIs (productivity, accuracy, safety) and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage facility maintenance, equipment operation (forklifts, RF scanners), and vendor relationships
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in distribution, 3PL, or manufacturing environments
- OSHA 30 certification and forklift operation certification required
- Proficiency with WMS systems (e.g., Manhattan, Oracle) and RF technology
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data, reports, and KPIs
- Excellent leadership abilities with proven team development experience
- Forklift certification and ability to operate warehouse equipment
- High school diploma or GED; associate's degree in logistics/supply chain preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends during peak seasons
