Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Manage and mentor team of 15+ warehouse associates through performance coaching and scheduling
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols and compliance standards
- Optimize inventory accuracy through cycle counts and WMS system management
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Coordinate cross-functional communication with logistics, procurement, and sales teams
- Resolve operational challenges and implement corrective actions promptly
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience with team leadership background
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory control methods
- OSHA 30-hour certification and strong safety management expertise
- Proven ability to optimize workflows and implement lean practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making ability
- Forklift certification and experience with material handling equipment
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field preferred
