Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of 15+ warehouse associates to achieve daily productivity targets
- Optimize inventory control procedures, including cycle counts and stock reconciliation
- Enforce strict OSHA and safety protocols across all warehouse operations
- Coordinate efficient loading/unloading of trucks and material handling equipment
- Implement process improvements to reduce waste and enhance workflow efficiency
- Manage warehouse technology systems (WMS) and reporting tools
- Collaborate with transportation and purchasing departments for seamless operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience in high-volume distribution
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety management training
- Proficiency in WMS software (e.g., Manhattan, Oracle) and inventory tracking systems
- Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Excellent leadership and conflict resolution capabilities
- Forklift certification and material handling equipment expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
