Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates to ensure high performance and safety standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts to minimize discrepancies.
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules for forklifts and material handling machinery.
- Analyze operational workflows and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Handle escalated customer service issues and resolve conflicts within the team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Logistics or Supply Chain preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a warehouse supervision or logistics role.
- Valid forklift certification and experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of managing teams effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
