Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor 10-15 warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and adherence to safety protocols
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Implement process improvements to optimize warehouse efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Conduct regular safety audits and maintain OSHA compliance documentation
- Utilize WMS systems for inventory tracking and reporting
- Collaborate with transportation and procurement teams for seamless supply chain coordination
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in distribution/logistics
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Proficiency in WMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development track record
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Data-driven decision-making abilities with analytical mindset
- Remote work experience preferred for hybrid model adaptation
