Responsibilities
- Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Manage and mentor 15+ team members through performance reviews and training
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols and compliance standards
- Optimize inventory control systems and cycle counts for accuracy
- Coordinate logistics with transportation partners and carriers
- Analyze KPIs to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements
- Ensure proper equipment maintenance and facility cleanliness
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Forklift certification and equipment operation experience
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
