Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment
- Lead and develop 8-12 warehouse staff through performance coaching and training
- Implement lean inventory management systems and process improvements
- Ensure strict OSHA safety compliance and workplace accident prevention
- Collaborate with logistics team on transportation scheduling and route optimization
- Conduct regular audits of inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency metrics
- Manage warehouse technology systems (WMS, RF scanners) remotely
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervision experience in fast-paced distribution environments
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Proficiency in WMS systems and warehouse technology
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Exceptional leadership abilities with proven team development success
- Ability to work hybrid schedule (60% on-site, 40% remote)
- Forklift certification and hazardous materials handling preferred
