- Supervise 10-15 team members across receiving, storage, and shipping operations
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Optimize warehouse layout and inventory tracking systems for maximum efficiency
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide targeted training to staff
- Coordinate with transportation teams to ensure seamless logistics flow
- Analyze KPIs and implement process improvements
- Manage inventory control systems and conduct cycle counts
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or supply chain
- OSHA certification and strong safety management background
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Forklift certification and equipment operation expertise
- Experience with inventory control methodologies
- Ability to work flexible hours including some weekends
