Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 15+ warehouse staff, ensuring safety compliance and productivity targets
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow using lean principles
- Conduct daily operations briefings and performance reviews
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with transportation and procurement teams
- Generate performance reports and KPI analytics
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid Nebraska driver's license
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
