Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Train and supervise 15+ team members on safety protocols and procedures
- Implement inventory control systems to maintain 99%+ accuracy
- Conduct regular safety audits and maintain OSHA compliance
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS software (e.g., Oracle Warehouse Management)
- Manage equipment maintenance and forklift operator certifications
- Generate performance reports and KPI dashboards for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Proficiency in WMS systems and inventory management software
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Experience with cross-functional team collaboration
