Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff across receiving, storage, and shipping operations
- Implement safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize inventory management systems for 99.5% accuracy
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation and procurement teams
- Conduct performance reviews and develop training programs
- Analyze KPIs and implement process improvements
- Manage equipment maintenance and safety inspections
- Handle customer escalations and resolve operational issues
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- OSHA certification and forklift operation license
- Expert knowledge of WMS systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying temperatures
- Experience with inventory audits and cycle counts
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field
- Spanish bilingual preferred for team communication
