Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff including hiring, training, and performance management
- Implement lean inventory management systems to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Coordinate cross-functional operations with shipping/receiving and distribution teams
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain safe working environments
- Optimize warehouse layout and material handling workflows
- Manage inventory controls and conduct cycle counts
- Generate performance reports and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced logistics environment
- Forklift certification and WMS system proficiency
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
- Proven ability to manage KPIs (productivity, accuracy, safety)
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperatures
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or Operations preferred
