Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
- Lead and mentor 10+ warehouse staff through performance coaching and training initiatives
- Implement inventory control procedures to maintain 99.5% accuracy rates
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to maximize efficiency and reduce costs
- Coordinate with transportation teams for timely outbound shipments
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory management software
- OSHA certification and strong knowledge of safety regulations
- Proven track record of team leadership and conflict resolution
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack)
- Strong analytical skills for process optimization
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
