Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse associates through performance coaching and scheduling
- Implement and optimize safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance and accident-free environment
- Conduct inventory audits and implement cycle count procedures for accuracy
- Drive process improvements using lean methodologies to boost efficiency and reduce costs
- Coordinate with transportation teams to ensure timely deliveries and resolve logistics issues
- Generate performance reports and KPI dashboards for operational review
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience in distribution/fulfillment centers
- Proven leadership skills with team development and conflict resolution expertise
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards and warehouse safety protocols
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and inventory management
- Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying temperature environments
- Valid Texas driver's license required
