Responsibilities
- Manage 10-15 warehouse staff daily, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews
- Oversee inventory control systems, ensuring accurate stock counts and efficient order fulfillment
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols across all warehouse operations
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow to maximize productivity and minimize costs
- Coordinate with transportation teams to ensure timely loading/unloading of shipments
- Resolve operational issues and implement process improvements
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports for senior management
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in fast-paced logistics environment
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends if required
