Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Manage team of 10+ warehouse staff with performance metrics and coaching
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance
- Optimize inventory control systems and cycle counting processes
- Coordinate with logistics team for efficient distribution
- Utilize WMS software for inventory tracking and reporting
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA 30 certification required
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Forklift certification and heavy equipment operation skills
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience with remote team management tools
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally
