Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, and shipping operations
- Train and manage team of 10+ warehouse associates, ensuring performance targets are met
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols and housekeeping standards
- Optimize inventory management systems and conduct regular cycle counts
- Resolve operational challenges and process inefficiencies proactively
- Collaborate with logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Generate performance reports and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (e.g., WMS, SAP)
- Forklift certification and equipment operation experience
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends when needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Basic knowledge of supply chain principles
