Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
- Manage and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse associates, providing training and performance feedback
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free work environment
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow to maximize productivity and space utilization
- Collaborate with transportation and purchasing teams to ensure seamless operations
- Generate and analyze operational reports for continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse management experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop teams
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g., WMS, ERP)
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred
- Experience with warehouse automation and technology integration
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying temperature conditions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools
