Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Manage and mentor 10-15 team members through performance coaching and scheduling
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols and compliance standards
- Optimize inventory control systems to minimize discrepancies and maximize efficiency
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation and purchasing departments
- Analyze KPIs to identify process improvement opportunities
- Ensure proper equipment maintenance and forklift safety protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA Forklift Certification and safety training credentials
- Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and inventory software
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development success
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends as needed
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
