Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse associates with remote scheduling flexibility
- Implement lean methodologies to optimize space utilization and reduce processing time
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation and distribution teams
- Utilize WMS systems for real-time inventory tracking and reporting
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervision experience with inventory management systems
- OSHA certification and strong safety leadership background
- Proven ability to lead remote teams effectively
- Advanced proficiency in WMS platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Data analysis skills for performance metrics and KPI tracking
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training
