Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment
- Manage and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse associates, fostering a culture of safety and productivity
- Implement and optimize inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Coordinate with transportation and logistics teams for seamless supply chain integration
- Conduct regular safety audits and enforce OSHA compliance standards
- Analyze performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of leading teams and improving operational efficiency
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and WMS software
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
