Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Coordinate receiving, storage, and distribution operations with 99.5% accuracy
- Implement and maintain OSHA compliance protocols and safety procedures
- Optimize warehouse layout and inventory management systems (WMS)
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and coordinate maintenance schedules
- Analyze operational metrics to identify efficiency improvements
- Collaborate with logistics and transportation teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced logistics environments
- OSHA certification and Forklift Operator certification (provided if needed)
- Proficiency in WMS systems and inventory control methodologies
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Experience with automated warehouse equipment (provided)
- BS in Supply Chain or related field preferred
