Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Manage and train 10-15 warehouse associates on safety protocols and equipment
- Implement inventory control systems to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure on-time deliveries
- Conduct safety audits and ensure OSHA compliance
- Optimize warehouse layouts for maximum efficiency
- Prepare daily reports on productivity and inventory levels
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Basic computer proficiency with MS Office
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license (forklift certification provided)
