Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse associates
- Implement lean principles to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety protocols
- Manage inventory control and cycle counting processes
- Optimize space utilization and workflow layouts
- Coordinate cross-functional operations with transportation and procurement
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan)
- Forklift certification and heavy equipment experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
