Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Manage and lead a team of warehouse associates through training and performance evaluations
- Implement OSHA compliance standards and maintain safety protocols
- Optimize inventory control systems using WMS technology
- Coordinate with transportation teams for timely deliveries
- Conduct regular audits and process improvements
- Prepare operational reports for senior management
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Associate's degree in Logistics or related field
- Experience with inventory optimization techniques
