Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and shipping
- Manage and train 10-15 warehouse staff
- Implement inventory control systems and cycle counts
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- Coordinate with logistics team for efficient transportation
- Utilize provided WMS software for inventory tracking
- Conduct performance reviews and team development
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Forklift certification required (provided)
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with OSHA compliance audits
