Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Lead and develop a team of 15+ warehouse associates
- Implement safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance
- Optimize inventory control systems and accuracy
- Coordinate with logistics partners for seamless transportation
- Analyze KPIs and implement process improvements
- Manage equipment maintenance and operational budgets
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification and WMS proficiency
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with OSHA safety standards
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- Associate's degree in logistics or related field preferred
