Responsibilities
- Lead 15+ team members in receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow for maximum efficiency
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance
- Manage inventory control systems and conduct cycle counts
- Train and develop staff through performance coaching
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless deliveries
- Analyze KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervision experience
- Forklift certification and safety training credentials
- Proficiency in WMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in climate-controlled environment
- Associate's degree in logistics or related field preferred
