Responsibilities
- Supervise 12-15 warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Oversee receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment processes
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain compliance standards
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows for maximum efficiency
- Manage inventory accuracy and cycle count procedures
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet daily/weekly targets
- Utilize WMS software (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan) for operational tracking
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in distribution/logistics
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Proficiency in WMS systems and inventory management software
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Data-driven decision-making abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field a plus
