Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff across receiving, picking, and shipping departments
- Implement lean inventory management systems to reduce costs by 15%+
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and maintain zero-accident records
- Coordinate with transportation teams for on-time dock scheduling
- Train and develop staff through performance improvement plans
- Manage warehouse KPIs: order accuracy, cycle times, and space utilization
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience in high-volume environments
- OSHA Forklift Certification and Hazmat handling credentials
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Active)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Operations Management preferred
