Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Train and manage team of 8-12 warehouse associates with remote flexibility
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize inventory control systems using WMS software
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless supply chain integration
- Analyze operational metrics and implement process improvements
- Conduct regular equipment maintenance checks and safety audits
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or distribution
- OSHA 30 certification and forklift operation skills required
- Proficient in WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and inventory systems
- Strong leadership abilities with remote team management experience
- Knowledge of lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varied warehouse conditions
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
