Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Optimize inventory control systems to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety protocols with zero-accident records
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics using WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Conduct daily operational audits and process improvement initiatives
- Manage cross-functional relationships with procurement, transportation, and sales teams
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift operator credentials
- Proficiency with WMS software and inventory management systems
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI tracking (e.g., order accuracy, cycle time)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution expertise
