Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment
- Train, mentor, and manage 10+ warehouse staff to maximize productivity
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols and inventory control systems
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless supply chain integration
- Analyze KPIs to optimize efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Manage equipment maintenance and facility upkeep schedules
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse/supply chain management experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift operation skills
- Proficiency in WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Proven track record of team leadership and conflict resolution
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
