Responsibilities
- Supervise 10+ warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Optimize inventory control systems to maintain 99.5% accuracy
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and conduct regular equipment inspections
- Coordinate receiving, storage, and shipping operations with precision
- Implement process improvements to boost operational efficiency by 20%
- Manage warehouse budget and cost-reduction initiatives
- Liaise with transportation teams for seamless supply chain coordination
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics/supply chain
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training required
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in climate-controlled environment
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience with cross-functional team leadership
