Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse associates using company-provided equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks
- Optimize inventory control systems and implement lean warehousing practices
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols for all equipment operations
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation and receiving teams
- Train and develop staff on equipment operation and warehouse procedures
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with equipment operation background
- OSHA 30 certification and forklift operator certification (provided if needed)
- Proficiency in WMS systems and inventory management software
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development track record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
- Associates degree in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred
