- Lead and mentor 10-15 warehouse staff daily, ensuring productivity and safety standards
- Implement lean principles to optimize warehouse layouts and streamline operations
- Manage inventory control systems including cycle counts and WMS operations
- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics and coordinate with transportation teams
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA regulations and company safety protocols
- Conduct performance reviews and develop staff training programs
- Generate operational reports for continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervision experience in logistics or manufacturing
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift operation skills
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong leadership abilities with conflict resolution expertise
- Experience implementing lean methodologies and KPI tracking
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in temperature-controlled environments
