Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Train and lead cross-functional teams to meet productivity targets
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain compliance documentation
- Optimize inventory management systems and reduce waste
- Collaborate with logistics team on transportation scheduling
- Conduct performance reviews and develop employee growth plans
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and implement continuous improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training
- Proficiency in WMS (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory software
- Strong analytical skills with KPI-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Experience with lean manufacturing/6 Sigma methodologies
- Valid California driver's license
