Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and shipping activities
- Lead, train, and motivate 15+ team members to optimize productivity and safety
- Implement lean principles to reduce waste and improve operational efficiency
- Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate WMS documentation
- Ensure OSHA compliance and enforce strict safety protocols
- Collaborate with logistics team to meet delivery KPIs and customer expectations
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced distribution environment
- Proven expertise in inventory management systems (WMS) and lean methodologies
- Strong leadership abilities with staff development and conflict resolution skills
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety management experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software
- Excellent problem-solving abilities under pressure
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree in Supply Chain preferred
