- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols to achieve zero workplace incidents
- Optimize inventory control systems to minimize errors and maximize space utilization
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless loading/unloading of shipments
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports for operational analysis
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with team leadership
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong problem-solving skills for inventory discrepancies
- Excellent communication abilities for cross-departmental collaboration
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
