Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping processes
- Train and supervise 15+ team members on equipment usage and safety protocols
- Implement inventory control systems using provided RF scanners and WMS software
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows using provided electric forklifts and pallet jacks
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and coordinate maintenance schedules
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with equipment handling
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanning technology
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate cross-functional teams
- Valid forklift certification (training provided if needed)
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
