Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, ensuring optimal productivity and task delegation
- Implement and maintain OSHA compliance protocols and safety procedures
- Coordinate inventory management systems and cycle count initiatives
- Optimize warehouse layout for material flow and space utilization
- Train and develop team members on equipment operation and safety standards
- Collaborate with logistics team for seamless dock scheduling

Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift operator credentials
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma; associate's degree preferred
