Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Optimize inventory control systems to achieve 99.8% accuracy
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain accident-free operations
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless inbound/outbound flow
- Analyze KPIs (productivity, order accuracy, shipping times) and implement improvements
- Manage warehouse technology including WMS and automated sorting systems
- Conduct regular safety audits and equipment maintenance checks
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in high-volume operations
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Expertise in inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle WMS)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- OSHA safety compliance and incident management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
- Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement certification
