Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Manage team of 10+ warehouse associates through scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance across all warehouse activities
- Optimize inventory control procedures using WMS systems to minimize discrepancies
- Conduct regular audits and maintain accurate documentation of warehouse processes
- Collaborate with logistics team to streamline operations and reduce costs
- Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions promptly
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse supervision experience in fast-paced distribution environments
- Proficiency in WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Active)
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training credentials
- Strong leadership abilities with proven team management experience
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Forklift certification and experience with warehouse equipment
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
