Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff, including training and performance management
- Optimize inventory control systems and implement safety protocols
- Coordinate loading/unloading operations and material handling
- Maintain accurate records using WMS software and reporting tools
- Collaborate with logistics team to meet delivery deadlines
- Conduct daily safety briefings and equipment inspections
- Resolve operational issues and improve process efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA certification preferred
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Forklift certification required
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- Valid California driver's license
